The Health Sciences Satellite Media Center is located in the Health Sciences Building (K) and functions under the umbrella of the Learning Resource Center. The center resembles a learning laboratory. Because of its convenient location, the Satellite Media Center houses all the software, including videos, filmstrips, computer aided instruction and simulated clinical experiences, pertinent to the seven health sciences curricula that reside in this building. In addition to various audiovisual equipment, computers are available for student use. The services of the center directly support the Allied Health and Nursing programs of the college.

Equipment and resources are available from the center for faculty loan on a daily, weekly, or semester basis. Yearly orientations are conducted for classes that will be using the Media Center Heavily during the academic year.
