Welcome back! Here's what you need to do to get back into classes:
Apply for Admission
If you have not been enrolled in courses at OCtech for 3 or more consecutive semesters, you MUST
reapply to the College Office of Admissions.
- Apply online Now.
- Download an application and mail it to us:
Admissions Office, OCtech
3250 St. Matthews Road
Orangeburg, SC 29118
- Visit campus and meet with an Admissions Counselor to determine steps necessary to complete the admissions process.
If you have not attended OCtech in the past 7 years, you may need to retake the Compass Placement Test to complete the admissions process. To determine your testing needs or to schedule a test, please contact the Office of Admissions or meet with an Admissions Counselor. SAT or ACT scores may be submitted in place of Compass scores.
Contact the Office of Admissions (803.535.1234) to prepare for and schedule your test. Testing hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM- 4:30 PM.
Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.ed.gov. (OCtech School Code is 006815.) The earlier you complete the financial aid process, the more likely your money will be here on time. Learn about financial aid opportunities and policies.
To ensure this process is completed successfully, contact the Financial Aid Office (803.535.1234) 3-5 business days after submitting your FAFSA.
