IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Your attendance is required on the first day that classes meet each term at Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College. The college implemented this policy to reduce the number of students who register for classes but do not attend (No-Shows). Your non-attendance prevents faculty and staff from permitting other students to register for these classes due to lack of notice by those students who do not attend the first day of class and never return or notify the college.

If you cannot attend your class, due to an unavoidable emergency, it is your responsibility to notify your instructors that you will not be in class by calling the college at 536-0311 or toll free at 1-800-813-6519 prior to the first time each of your courses meet. Failure to attend your first class will result in immediate dismissal from that course.
