Why Doesn't My Name Appear on these Reports?
Since it is very likely that Web Advisor will frequently be used from publicly
accessible computers like those in the on-campus computer labs, the student's
name does not display on many of these reports to protect against cached
or printed pages being viewed by someone who should not have access to
this information. The My Profile is notable
exception. If you need to print any of the other reports and really want
the student's name to appear,
there is a manual way to do this.
Before printing a page, go to the web browser's Page Setup menu. This example is using Internet Explorer.
In the Page Setup dialog box, type the your name in the Header field. When the report is sent to the printer, your name will now be printed on the report as well.
