Orangeburg-Calhoun: Financial Aid

OCtech has financial aid programs which may be available to full-time and part-time students with special financial needs. These programs include grants, scholarships, lottery tuition assistance and a work/study program. Students must re-apply for aid each year.

Most student financial aid comes from the federal government programs, which the U.S. Department of Education’s Federal Student Aid (FSA) office administers.  Financial aid is financial help if you are enrolled in an eligible program as a regular student at a school participating in federal student aid programs.  OCtech is a participating school.  Federal aid can cover school expenses, including tuition and fees, books and supplies, and living expenses.

Applying for student aid is FREE; that’s why the application you use is called the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
