Narrative: Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College Policy 1.003 addresses conflict of interest for the Orangeburg-Calhoun Area Technical Education Commission and all employees of the College and is in compliance with the Ethics Governmental Accountability Campaign Reform Act of 1991. Each Area Commission member submits an annual Statement of Ethics Economic Interests Form, which indicates no conflict of interest, to the South Carolina State Ethics Commission.
