Narrative: Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College (OCtech) values all of its employees and works to recruit, develop, and retain a competent, diverse faculty and staff. Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College Policy 8.002: Hiring Policy and Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College Procedure 8.002.01: Hiring Procedures define the College policy and practice regarding appointment and employment of faculty and staff. These policies are available both online and in employee handbooks. Employment opportunities are accessible from the OCtech public website, from prominent bulletin board postings across campus, and in area newspapers.
