Multi-skilled caregivers
Patient care technicians play a crucial role in healthcare, using a range of skills to provide essential support to patients and medical staff. When you graduate, you’ll be able to perform basic medical procedures, collect blood samples for analysis, and conduct specialized tasks such as electrocardiography or hemodialysis.
As you progress through the program, you’ll automatically complete your Certified Nursing Assistant, Electrocardiography and Phlebotomy certifications. You’ll be ready to hit the ground running on day one serving patients in hospitals, health clinics, laboratories, doctor’s offices and long-term care facilities.
