Description: Having the ability to think critically and work in a team setting is essential to success in college and in the workplace. Students will engage in student activities designed to strengthen these important skills. Participants will also learn about applying to college, scholarships and financial aid, and transfer options.

Description: From tires to pharmaceuticals to car manufacturing… almost all Automated Manufacturing uses the talents of EET professionals! Students will have an EET Program Overview, lab tour, and factory floor automated demonstrations. Student will use industry’s LabVIEW to program an Ohm’s Law Calculator and operate Programable Logic Controlled simulations.

Description: Mechatronics pulls it all together for industry: computers, electronics, and mechanical! Description: Radiologic technologists are critical to the medical profession, from X-Rays to Mammography, CT Scans, and MRIs… these medical professionals are critical to our well being. Students will experience a state-of-the-art laboratory and view and discuss radiographs and bones.

Description: Welding is a lucrative manufacturing career, as well as a wealth building profession. Students will work with professional welders in a state-of-the -art welding lab. Students will also complete welding exercises using a Plasma Cutter.
