We keep industries on the run.
Associate Degree, Certificates
Our Industrial Electronics program will give you the skills to examine, isolate and fix a problem. This is essential in today's big-time operations.
You'll be the one they call not only when something malfunctions, but also the one they depend on to keep things moving.

Program Coordinator Henry Fanning talks about why IET is vital to industries.

What you'll need to know in the "real world" can't be taught by books alone, so you'll spend a lot of time in our Industrial Electronics Technology lab doing hands-on training.
Our associate degree gives you plenty of exposure and time to experience exactly what you can expect to find when you begin working.
We also offer certificates, which give you a broad understanding of electrical and industrial maintenance practices to help you get a job.

Our Basic Electrician Certificate will qualify you for an entry-level position in fields ranging from construction to manufacturing. You'll learn the basics of electrical codes, wiring techniques, print reading and load calculations.
The Industrial Electrician Certificate takes it to the next level, giving you more background with programmable logic controllers (PLC), motor controls, power generation and more. You can use this certificate to begin work as an industrial electrician in variety of settings.

Industrial Maintenance certifications can get you into the workforce quickly. You'll be qualified to work as a construction electrician or as a mechanic in a process or manufacturing plant.
Basics Industrial Maintenance will give you the opportunity for apprentice-level employment. Continue with Mechanical and Electrical to start your new job at a higher level.
